The ambition is for our solutions to be a natural part of any major and modern construction and renovation project, and we aim that within a few years our energy solutions will be perceived as a fundamental part of a construction as roofing is today.
In Denmark, we already have close cooperation with several municipalities, housing associations, industrial companies and self-owned institutions across the country.
The burning of coal and gas must be an undertaking that we will look back on within 10 years as a necessity of the past. Instead, we must focus our resources on solar and wind energy, among other things.
Energy storage in batteries is a key player in the transition and can determine whether the investment in renewable energy pays off.
The transition to an energy system made up of renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and water is a global concern. Solar energy is a bright business because our customers can store the energy and use it on demand - rather than sending it back to the grid at a low settlement price.
The typical owner of a photovoltaic plant uses only about 30 percent of the solar energy - the rest is sold back to the grid. With our smaller plant, the owner utilizes up to 75 percent, making solar energy a significantly better investment. And with a sufficiently large battery, the owner can, strictly speaking, get to use all the stored energy.
