Mollerup Golf Club in Risskov has a clear vision of being a club that paves the way — both for the sport and for a sustainable future. The club actively works with the values of respect, community and responsibility, and wants to make a positive difference for boat members and the local community. Therefore, it was important for Mollerup Golf Club to find an energy solution that could support the club's green ambitions while ensuring financial accountability.
Løsningen
Together with VisBlue, the club has had solar cells installed on the roof and a flow battery that stores the excess solar energy for use when the sun is not shining. The 5 kW battery with 40 kWh capacity significantly increases the utilization rate of the self-produced green power and reduces the need to buy power from the grid — especially at night.
